Along with the above recipes, you will gain an in depth knowledge on sourdough, using different flours and inclusions. Also understanding different variables like temperature etc and adjusting accordingly. All the sessions will be conducted over zoom by Dr. Chandni Sethi who is our sourdough expert & visiting faculty at Foodhall Cookery Studio

Join Dr.Chandani Sethi Shah  for a fun & informative workshop on the art & science of baking sourdough. In part 1 of this 3-part series, you will learn how to make and maintain the starter for Sourdough bread.
