  • Students will be and given the recipes that can be used to for basic stocks and soups that will help them enhance their existing products.
  • Recipes for appetisers which transport well and can be put on home catering menus will be shared. The participants will be told how to manage and plan basic production of the same.
  • We will talk about the ingredients, flavour combinations and dressings, both vegetarian and non -vegetarian which can be used to make salads that transport well and can be made as part of home catering menus.
  • Any queries related to the above topics and recipes will be answered in detail.
