MENU

  • The participants will be taught how to make base sauces for baked continental dishes like au- gratin, lasagne and casseroles. They will also be taught the right way of cooking and storing required to transport the same.
  • Basic preparation of a stir fry will be demonstrated like sauce, cuts of vegetable/ meat, correct cooking technique, use of correct ingredients and proper packaging.
  • The chef will talk about how to prepare components for a DIY kit.
  • Cooking of basic Asian curry bases will be demonstrated along with the vegetables and meats that can be used.
